Named after the WWII flying boat that patrolled Bot River Lagoon, this single-vineyard Semillon blends heritage with excellence. The 2023 vintage is now perfectly developed, offering aromas of gooseberry, passion fruit, and orange blossom, with subtle hints of vanilla and flint. The palate reveals yellow plum, quince, and shortbread with a clean, saline finish. Structured and balanced, it evolves beautifully over time.
