Litmus Wines is an English wine producer and winemaking service business based at Denbies Wine Estate in Surrey, founded by winemaker John Worontschak. Producing a range of English still and sparkling wines from quality Surrey and Southern English fruit, Litmus also provides contract winemaking services to a number of smaller vineyards across the South East, applying John's expertise to bring out the best of each site's terroir.
