Oastbrook Estates is an award-winning East Sussex vineyard and winery near Guestling, producing traditional method English sparkling wines and still wines from estate-grown grapes on the Hastings Beds soils of the High Weald. Founded by Tim and Sara Pavitt, the estate produces a range of sparkling and still wines including Blanc de Blancs, Classic Cuvee and a still Pinot Noir, available from the cellar door and nationally.
