2021 Classic – 1 bottle A blend of 78% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Noir and 12% Pinot Meunier – the palate is very expressive with ripe citrus, stone fruit, apple and pear. It has a soft fine mousse and delicate patisserie finish. Fresh and well balanced. 2020 Blanc de Noirs – 1 bottle A blend of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Pinot Meunier – A delicious sense of redcurrants, red apples and lots of lovely toasty notes from its extended 35 months ageing on lees. 2020 Vintage Rose – 1 bottle 68% Chardonnay, 18% Pinot Noir, 14% Pinot Meunier. Pale cherry blossom pink in colour and delicate lemon an drhubarb fruit on the palate, with a fine soft mousse. Complimentary Raimes branded sparkling wine bottle stopper.
