Spring Hollow Vineyard is a small, family-run vineyard and winery nestled in the beautiful Welsh countryside near Llandysul, Ceredigion. They planted their first vines in 2017 and have been nurturing them ever since. Their aim is to produce high-quality Welsh wines that reflect the unique terroir of their region, offering a range of still and sparkling wines made on-site from their own grapes.
