Classic Cuvée – Crafted from Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, our Classic Cuvée is made in the traditional method with bottle fermentation. Fresh aromas of green apple, melon and honey blossom lead into baked apple and toffee apple flavours on the palate. Rounded by bright acidity and a delicate mineral finish, this is classic English sparkling at its finest.
