
This release for the Seven Sons range is a Highland Single Malt that is lightly peated. Aged 20 years, 70cl, 46.7% vol Matured in a refill Bourbon Hogshead No chill filtration. Natural colour. NOSE: Coastal with deeper maritime notes, heather embers, green apple, lime zest and parma violet. PALATE: Barley sugar, menthol, guava, apricot and white pepper. FINISH: Long, pepper still lingers with the tropical and stone fruits also following through.
