Hilltop Sessions: Pilates with Alice Every Thursday evening | Titsey Taproom | 6.20pm meet, 6.30pm start Join us on Thursday evenings for Pilates with Alice, set against one of the most spectacular backdrops in Surrey. Taking place beside the Coccolith, the highest point on the North Downs Way, you’ll be moving, stretching and strengthening with panoramic views stretching out in every direction. If there was ever a place to feel on top of the world, this is it. Alice’s classes were a huge hit with us last summer, and we’re delighted to welcome her back to the hill. Her teaching style is encouraging, engaging and expertly balanced; classes are designed to challenge you while remaining enjoyable, with plenty of variety from week to week. Whether you’re a regular or completely new to Pilates, it’s the perfect way to shake off the working week, move your body, clear your mind and head into Friday with that Friday feeling already in full swing. And the best part? The morning doesn’t end when the class does. Vineyard Tour & Wine Tasting
On August 15th we will be running another of our summer series of wine tasting events here at the Cellar Door. Visiting the Estate and taking one of our wine tours gives you a rare opportunity to not only taste our unique wines and spirits, but also to enjoy the countryside they were grown in. Join us for a relaxed tour around our vineyard, where we will take you through our history and the growing of grapes. Following the tour of the vineyard, you will then head into our Cellar Door for a guided tasting. Here you will sample a selection of our wines and also learn about our medal winning spirits. The tasting will include one sparkling wine and three still wines. Snacks can be purchased on the side, no food is included with the tasting. The total measure of wine equals that to a small glass of wine so you are legally able to drive, and spittoons will be available. Picnics are now available Why not enjoy a delicious picnic after your Tour & Tasting, surrounded by our vines and the Cotswold countryside. Our picnics contain a range of quality produce from Saltpig Curing, The Fine Cheese Co and a selection of crackers, olives and accompaniments. Please add your picnic for each guest when you reach the checkout stage. Volunteer Days at Daws Hill Vineyard
There may not be a harvest this year after the devastating spring frosts, but the vineyard still needs plenty of love. Our current mission is taking on the blackthorn that’s been running riot through the vines. It’s not the most glamorous vineyard job, but it’s one of the most important! Every thorn we clear helps keep the vineyard healthy and ready for next season. These sessions are definitely on the active side. Expect plenty of bending, crouching and working close to the ground, so they’re best suited to those with a good level of mobility and fitness. You’ll earn your lunch! We’ll meet at 9:30am for tea, coffee and a quick briefing before heading out into the vineyard together. We’ll work through the morning, stopping for a delicious home-made lunch (included, of course). If the weather is anything like it has been recently, we’ll probably call it a day after lunch before the afternoon heat really sets in. Volunteering is about far more than just the work. It’s a chance to spend a morning outdoors, learn a little about how a working vineyard is cared for, chat with like-minded people and become part of the Daws Hill community. Whether you’re a regular or it’s your first visit, everyone is welcome. Old clothes, sturdy footwear and plenty of enthusiasm are all you need—we’ll provide the tools, the tea and the lunch!

40th Anniversary Celebration Picnic
Warden Abbey Vineyard sits on the site of the Little Vineyard, which was cultivated by the Cistercian monks of Wardon Abbey. The monastery was closed and dismantled in the mid-16th century and the land purchased by brewer and MP Samuel Whitbread in 1786. The vineyard we know today as Warden Abbey Vineyard was replanted exactly 200 years later by Lady Whitbread with the help of the late Derek Smedley MW. To celebrate the 40th anniversary of the modern vineyard we’re inviting volunteers, friends and family to join us for a picnic and a glass of one of our current sparkling wines. There’s no charge, come and have some fun in the vineyard and meet fellow friends and volunteers who have helped keep the vineyard thriving as a Community Project despite the weather, a pandemic and the many challenges of English viticulture. Volunteer Days at Daws Hill Vineyard
There may not be a harvest this year after the devastating spring frosts, but the vineyard still needs plenty of love. Our current mission is taking on the blackthorn that’s been running riot through the vines. It’s not the most glamorous vineyard job, but it’s one of the most important! Every thorn we clear helps keep the vineyard healthy and ready for next season. These sessions are definitely on the active side. Expect plenty of bending, crouching and working close to the ground, so they’re best suited to those with a good level of mobility and fitness. You’ll earn your lunch! We’ll meet at 9:30am for tea, coffee and a quick briefing before heading out into the vineyard together. We’ll work through the morning, stopping for a delicious home-made lunch (included, of course). If the weather is anything like it has been recently, we’ll probably call it a day after lunch before the afternoon heat really sets in. Volunteering is about far more than just the work. It’s a chance to spend a morning outdoors, learn a little about how a working vineyard is cared for, chat with like-minded people and become part of the Daws Hill community. Whether you’re a regular or it’s your first visit, everyone is welcome. Old clothes, sturdy footwear and plenty of enthusiasm are all you need—we’ll provide the tools, the tea and the lunch!

Come and visit our vineyard, find out about our community vineyard project and how our wonderful volunteers nurture our vines throughout the year. After the tour sample a couple of our delightfully fragrant wines. The tour takes 1½ to 2 hours. The vineyard opens for afternoon tours at 1:00pm so why not bring a picnic lunch to enjoy before your afternoon tour. Unfortunately picnics after tours have finished is not possible. Unfortunately, as our tours and tastings last up to 2 hours, they are not suitable for young children. Based on the privately owned Welbeck Estate, this is a rare opportunity to take a peek behind the closed doors of Welbeck Abbey Brewery. Join us at 7.30pm on Thursday 27th August for our popular Brewery Tour. Ticket price include two pints of beer and a tour that lasts around one hour. Brewday Experience
Join our production team on 28 August 2026 for a full day brewing one of our beers. You’ll be welcomed by our brewers with croissants from the Welbeck Bakehouse and some freshly brewed coffee. After a morning helping with the brew, you’ll have earned your Harley Café lunch. The afternoon will see the brew finished through to the fermentation vessel and you can end the day with a couple of hard earned beers. We do our very best to accommodate everyone and allow an appropriate level of involvement depending on physical capability. However we can only host over 18s. Flying Day afternoon picnic
Bring a rug and a picnic and enjoy a relaxing afternoon with family and friends among the vines. You can take a free self-guided or virtual tour too, and enjoy chilled wine from our marquee. Well behaved dogs on leads are welcome. The picnic coincides with the nearby Shuttleworth airshow and there’s usually a chance to spot planes heading our way, although this may depend on which way the wind is blowing. Join us for our September brewery tour. One of our knowledgeable team members will guide you from grain to glass, sharing how we craft our beers. Tours last approximately 90 minutes, with a maximum of 25 people on the tour. Enjoy generous tasting samples along the way and take home a complimentary Langham Brewery souvenir glass. The Taproom will be open after the tour, pouring a selection of beers you’ve just seen being brewed. Come and visit our vineyard, find out about our community vineyard project and how our wonderful volunteers nurture our vines throughout the year. After the tour sample a couple of our delightfully fragrant wines. The tour takes 1½ to 2 hours. The vineyard opens for afternoon tours at 1:00pm so why not bring a picnic lunch to enjoy before your afternoon tour. Unfortunately picnics after tours have finished is not possible. Unfortunately, as our tours and tastings last up to 2 hours, they are not suitable for young children. Brewer For a Day – September
Join us for a full brew-house experience at Langham Brewery. The bearer will join our team for the day, gaining hands-on insight into the brewing process. The package includes lunch in the Taproom and Langham branded glass. Two weeks later, you’ll return to collect a mini-keg (5 litres) of the beer they helped brew. A perfect gift for aspiring home brewers and discerning beer lovers.
Wine Flight
Please do visit us at any time when we are open (10am-4pm Tuesday-Saturday) and enjoy a Wine Flight. £15 per person. There is no need to book. In the summer we pour the wines and give you an introduction to the Estate outside on our terrace under the tipi roof. A spectacular space overlooking the wild flower meadow and the vines. In the winter we snuggle up in our gorgeous and cosy tasting spaces. The Wine Flight includes four wines and is a mixture of still and sparkling. You will have a one-to-one introduction to the wines by a team member. If you are hungry you can also order a platter including venison charcuterie (and sometimes wild boar) from the Estate.

Time to Test Your General Knowledge Enjoy our Quiz Night with great beer and street food. Hosted by our brilliant quiz master, our quiz night is a great way to spend an evening with friends, enjoy some lovely beers and tuck into delicious street food.
