
Our latest experiment is our first ABYSS dry hopped kettle sour. The team have summoned up some hop-tacular magic in this translucent refreshing beer. Scores on the doors: a light hoppy aroma, preserved lemons, saline crisp acidity against a background of bready malt: lemon meringue pie with a splash of kiwi!
