
Our first adventure with Voss Kveik yeast from Norway, laying farmhouse funk, wild orange, tangy citrus & tropical notes to the hefty mosaic, sabro & azacca dry hops KVEIK (pronounced like K-VIKE) means yeast in Norwegian local dialect. it is an ancient yeast that’s usually formed of several strains some naturally produced over many years. It is historically used in Norwegian local farmhouse beers and there are many different types. In short -we made a classic ABYSS IPA with extra FUNK. 1L BOTTL
