
The key ingredient is always grapes, this year we’re blending Sussex vines grown near Lewes and grapes from the rejuvenated steep roman terraces of Ourense, North West Spain. Fermentation is complete and the result is surprising and refreshing in equal measure, pilsner malt and a sprinkling of Spanish kettle and UK hops make for a clean beer with zingy fruit adding a sparkle.
