We’re very happy to release this White IPA brewed with our friends at PARTIZAN Brewing- our first brew in Bermondsey. Inspired by the Wit bier pioneer Pierre Celis we used a large proportion of malted and raw wheat. Coriander in the boil and orange zest later in fermentation to retain fragrant oils. We fermented with an Abbeye style yeast typical of traditional Wit producers and the Goat Pierre himself would use! For a contemporary twist we updated the style adding Citra, Amarillo and Chinook la
