Made with just three ingredients malted barley, water, and yeast – these have been expertly distilled in Annandale Distillery’s unique twin copper spirit stills. The whisky has been matured in a once-used ‘fresh’ bourbon cask made from American oak, providing a subtle richness, depth and complexity, as well as ensuring its complete individuality of flavour. Following the incredible response to our now sold-out CALLUM 529 by Annandale whisky, CALLUM and Annandale Distillery have extend our partnership, confirming this will be the second in a series of six exemplary, single cask collectable whiskies. Cask 003 was filled in January 2015. Each bottle will come with a Certificate of Authenticity. Distilled, matured, and bottled from a single cask in Annandale, without chill filtration or added colouring.
