The new 2021 expression of 1794 Highland Rye Whisky has been bottled. As with our previous limited editions, we combined our unique use of rye with new charred American oak. But with 1794 Highland Rye Whisky, we did not finish the spirit in a further cask, leaving the lively virgin oak to do its magic and it did not disappoint.
