Brewed in collaboration with Dead End Brew Machine and Tartarus Beers, our Barleywine was barrel aged for 6 months in ex-whisky, ex-sherry casks imparting a delicate sweetness among notes of Christmas cake. Malt-driven flavours dominate the flavour profile from a combination of Melanoidin, Special B, and Crystal Malt, while Ernest and Olicana hops work with an unusual choice of NEIPA yeast to enhance the unique fruity character.
