BREWERS CHALLENGE - Sour Round WINNER - Dan (The Sommelier) Three of our brewers went head to head and this is the result, a winning sour. Brewer Dan won Round 1 of our Brewer's Challenge with this sour inspired by the flavours of Indian sweet milky drinks. Layers of flavour come from roasted pistachios, almonds, cardamom and rose water, with lactose adding a creamy, silky texture, and Sabro hops bringing the coconut and citrus notes. Bit a Badam!
