Idris Bitter – 4% ABV A traditional bitter using a blend of malted barley and Willamette hops to give a soft caramel taste and spicy aromas.Our brewery is at the foot of Cader Idris which translates as ‘Chair of Idris’. A mythical Welsh giant, Idris was said to have used the mountain as an enormous armchair to gaze at the stars.
