Our second Foundry Streetlight Whiskey. This was first aged in a first-fill bourbon cask and was then finished in a Rose wine cask from Simpson's Wine Estate, Barham. Distilled from the finest English brewer's malt and wild yeast from St. Augustine's Abbey.
