Chilcomb Valley Classic Cuvée Brut is the first wine from the Chilcomb Valley label, created by the Fordyce family on the South Downs near Winchester, Hampshire. Made from a blend of 55% Chardonnay, 34% Pinot Noir and 11% Pinot Meunier from the 2015 vintage and therefore benefitting from some lovely bottle age, there are only 1200 bottles of this initial cuvée produced.
