This Cask Owners Exclusive Amontillado STR release marks our third addition to the single cask range, sold exclusively to you, our Cask Owner’s. This year, we are introducing a unique cask which previously held Amontillado Sherry, then went through a re-coopering process called S.T.R. (Shaved, toasted and re-charred). This liquid boasts flavours such as, sweet caramel, honey with citrus green apple touches and a hint of sea salt.
