A double dose of Dolcita™ and Dolcita™ Prysma brings a load of massive peach ring candy, caramelized pineapple, and valencia orange. Rather than adding the Prysma in at the boil or on the first day of fermentation as we have in the past, we will be experimenting with adding it post filtration. This should mean that we utilise the most of the flavour compounds, giving us a punchier result.
