This is one of 395 bottles. It’s a four cask batch – two Tawny port casks and two STR casks (scraped, toasted and recharred ex-European casks). Tasting Notes Nose: Sweet and fruity, red apples, pears, prunes, sultanas, toffee and cinnamon spices. Palate: A smooth mouth feel with sweet, stewed fruits. Caramel, hints of nutmeg, light oak and dark chocolate. Finish: Toast oak, toffee and an inkling of roasted nuts.
