Salopian Brewery is an award-winning independent craft brewery founded in 1995 in Shrewsbury, Shropshire, producing a celebrated range of hop-forward ales and craft beers. Known for its Darwin's Origin — a floral, citrusy session ale brewed with Darwin's hops — alongside Oracle, Shropshire Gold and a wide range of experimental and seasonal releases, Salopian has won multiple SIBA and CAMRA awards and is one of the Midlands' most respected craft breweries.
