The Salopian Big One 6x500ml & 6x440ml

It’s the Big One – a collection of our Core, Silver, and Black Range beers to try and enjoy. With a variety of flavours and styles, it is truly an epic journey of Salopian discovery! From the Core Range and presented in a 500ml bottle: Shropshire Gold 3.8%: Balanced and quaffable. Golden, with notes of toffee and a dried fruit aroma that is followed by a classic, crisp, bitter finish. Oracle 4%: Easy drinking pale. Dry but not overtly bitter, complemented by fresh lime and sherbet aromas, from Citra, Amarillo and Cascade. Darwin’s Origin 4.3%: Rich, spicy and malty. Celebrating Shrewsbury’s most famous son, Darwin’s Origin represents the evolution of brewing. Using ingredients from three continents, its zesty character descends into a long, lavish finish. Hop Twister 4.5%: Bright, citrus and tropical. The palate is piercing and focused, with Mosaic taking centre-stage, supported by Citra whirlpool additions. Lemon Dream 4.5%: Sparkling and refreshing. A zesty pale brewed with fresh, hand-cut, organic lemons and fruity US hops for a subtle citrus zing. Golden Thread 5%: Floral, fruity and balanced. Centennial and Simcoe bring apricot and sorbet notes. Wheat malt imparts a creamy mouthfeel to deliver a subtly sweet finish. From the Silver Range and presented in a 440ml can: Auric 4%: An excessively dry hopped session IPA that is now certified Gluten Free. Delightful to drink with a strong grapefruit aroma and a dry body with a quenching array of fruit rind, dried pine, lemon zest sparkling over a long enveloping finish. Unfiltered and Vegan Friendly. Lemon Dream UNFiLTERED 4.5%: A special unfiltered and extra dry hopped version of our shimmering golden ale. Vegan friendly and lightly carbonated, it is brewed with organic lemons and a trio of hops to create a delightfully refreshing and wonderfully zesty, yet easy drinking beer. and from our acclaimed Black Range – presented in a 440ml can: Sabotage 5% : Delightful stone fruit and citrus aromas complement flavours of pineapple and grapefruit. Its gentle bitterness and soft pillowy mouthfeel make this a highly drinkable pale. Hopped with Nectaron, Mosaic, and Simcoe. Manawa 5.1%: New Zealand IPA brewed in collaboration with our friends at Wylam. Taking its name from the Māori word for breath. Pouring a bright, opaque gold, Manawa opens with a burst of ripe pineapple, peach and passion fruit from Nectaron. Nelson Sauvin brings its unmistakable notes of white grape, gooseberry and fresh-cut citrus, while Superdelic adds a lively layer of red berries, sherbet and zesty mandarin. Bright, aromatic and effortlessly drinkable. Altitude 5.2%: Where East meets West. A crisp, juicy Mountain IPA with Simcoe and Strata bringing layers of dank pine and ripe strawberry, while Amarillo and Mosaic add bright notes of orange zest and tropical fruit. Intensely drinkable, a clean bitterness balances the juicy opening. Kashpur v3 5.7%: Our collaboration with Thornbridge returns for its third edition, bringing together the finest elements of Kashmir and Jaipur. Bright notes of citrus, grapefruit, and tropical fruit lead the way, while a more prominent piney bite adds depth and structure. The result is a clean, dry finish that beautifully showcases the strengths of both beers. Please note – Auric, Kashpur v3, Lemon Dream UNFiLTERED and Altitude, all serve with a hazy appearance as they are unfiltered and unfined. Manawa and Sabotage present as opaque.
