SOLD OUT! Only 302 bottles. Aged 5 years in an ex-Heaven Hill cask, then finished in an ex-Tawny Port cask. Nazaré (pron: Naza Ray) is just down the coast from Porto and where the largest ever wave was surfed. Vanilla, dark chocolate & raisins on the nose, with a taste of treacle, toffee & boozy dried fruits. Our first releases are the casks we gained as half owners of Henstone Distillery. We produced all of wash and worked on the distillations.
