Apple Cider Vinegar + Apple Juice blend 500ml Shrubs are a traditional drink based on raw apple cider vinegar. This is a blend of our nine year old AVC and our apple juice. The vinegar is made from vintage cider, which has been allowed to naturally re-ferment into apple cider vinegar, turning all the alcohol to acetic acid.
