Bignose & Beardy is a traditional Sussex cider producer making small-batch, naturally fermented real cider from local and heritage apple varieties in the heart of the South Downs. Founded by Andy Hallett, the cidery takes a no-fuss approach — slow fermentation, no back-sweetening or concentrates — producing dry, medium and fruit ciders with genuine farmhouse character.
