Inspired by the traditional digestif called Pommeau from Normandy and Brittany, this is our Sussex take. Made from our apple juice blended with our Spirit of Cider to prevent fermentation, which preserves the full apple aroma, fruity sweetness, and pleasant acidity. At 17% our Apple Mistelle is a bit like a liqueur and can be enjoyed in a similar way as either a pre meal aperitif, where the sweet acidity sets you up for the coming delights or as a digestif at the end to round things off nicely.
