Kertelreiter is a small independent craft cider producer making naturally fermented, pure-juice real ciders from heritage apple varieties. Taking a minimal-intervention approach — no added concentrates, yeasts or artificial sweeteners — the cidery produces a range of still and sparkling ciders that are honest expressions of the orchard fruit, available direct and through selected specialist retailers.
