Penderyn NINE carriers that legacy forward. A single release built from two Welsh institutions operating to the same standard: precision on the pitch, precision in the still. NINE is a fully matured tawny port cask finish. Aged for nine years, non-chill filtered and no colour added, bottled at 43% ABV. Tasting Notes: Nose: Rich and inviting aromas of ripe red berries, raisins and dried fruits, with delicate vanilla and gentle oak spice. Palate: Smooth and creamy, bringing notes of rich fruit, caramel, figs and warming spices. Finish: A well-balanced Tawny Port influence adds depth and sweetness, leading to a long, warming finish with lingering dried fruit, oak and a gentle dryness. Size: 70cl Packaging: Naked bottle
