Spirit of the Downs is a small batch distillery nestled in the heart of the South Downs National Park, West Sussex. Founded in 2020 by husband and wife team, Alex and Sarah, they craft premium spirits using locally sourced botanicals and pure spring water from their own bore hole. Their aim is to capture the essence of the South Downs in every bottle.
