Brandy – Chardonnay - Vintage 2021 - English Oaked – grapes from Breaky Bottom

This brandy has used the grapes from Peter Hall's Breaky Bottom vineyard near Rodmell on the South Downs Way, this Cuvee is named after Michael's mother Jan Yeoman. This brandy has delicate floral notes with white pepper and a light caramel with spice and oak on the nose. On the palate, there is nuttyness, hazelnut, apricot and marzipan with a warm lingering finish. Perfect on its own or as long drink with ginger ale.
