Filey Bay Whisky Tasting
We're swapping pints for drams for one night only. Join us at RedWillow Macclesfield on Wednesday 11th November for a tasting of Filey Bay whisky, from Yorkshire's first single malt whisky distillery. Filey Bay is made by Spirit of Yorkshire, based in Hunmanby on the North Yorkshire coast. Their whisky is a proper field-to-bottle job, distilled from barley grown on their own family farm and matured in ex-bourbon casks, giving a light, fruity house style with notes of vanilla, honey and orchard f
Wire Works Whisky Tasting
Whisky night at RedWillow Buxton On Thursday 12th November from 7pm, we're handing the bar over to Wire Works from White Peak Distillery, just down the road in Ambergate. You'll get six 25ml drams and a guided run through what makes each one different, and a free glass to keep. Their Wire Works Bourbon Barrel won Best World Whisky 2025, which is a pretty big deal for an English distillery that only started in 2016! Tickets are selling quickly so don't delay!
Brewery Tour – Friday 13th November 2026 – 4.30pm
Join us on Friday 13th November 2026 and see how your pint is made. Our popular monthly tours are informal, relaxed events which include a guided tour and explanation of our brewing process from end to end, a quality buffet including a delicious Mrs Coward’s pie and of course generous helpings of Weetwood beer. Guests receive a Weetwood branded tankard to keep and a £5 voucher which can be redeemed in our onsite shop (not redeemable against bar drinks). Event starts from 4.30pm and finishes at 7
