Castle Farm is a working lavender and hop farm near Shoreham in the Kent Downs, producing an extensive range of lavender products — from essential oil and skincare to culinary lavender — alongside dried hops and hop products for the brewing industry. The farm shop and visitor centre welcome guests to explore the beautiful lavender fields in summer, and the farm supplies hops to numerous UK craft breweries.
