An Anglo-Portuguese Feast: Matriarca x Hambledon

This October, we welcome the Symington family into our kitchen for our biggest collaborative feast yet. On Friday 30th & Saturday 31st October, Pedro Lencastre Monteiro, Head Chef of Matriarca in Porto, joins our Executive Chef Rob at The Restaurant for two evenings only. One menu, two wine-growing traditions, and a rare meeting of English sparkling and Portuguese terroir.
