Slightly drier than our First Release as no sugar was added post fermentation. Made from 100% Seyval Blanc and perfectly balanced, this vintage created a wonderfully fresh and crisp sparkling wine. The palate has zesty orange and grapefruit notes with tropical fruits and subtle minerality. Time on lees has added richness and texture..
