Sound Bath & Guided Meditation with Cacao

19:00–20:30
Sound Bath & Guided Meditation with Cacao Friday 11th September| 19:00pm – 20:30pm | The Chapel, Cowdray Hall Join me at Cowdray Hall, a deeply atmospheric and dramatically charming space, perfectly suited to the immersive nature of a sound bath. With its grand proportions, high ceilings and timeless architectural character, the hall naturally amplifies sound, allowing tones and vibrations to travel, linger and gently envelop the space. Immerse yourself in a deep, calming sound journey designed to support relaxation, grounding and overall wellbeing. Allow the Venezuelan ceremonial grade cacao to open your heart as you drift into a deep meditative theta state. During the session, a carefully woven blend of Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, gong and chimes create a therapeutic soundscape to encourage the body and mind to slow, soften and settle. Sound works through vibration as well as hearing, helping to ease physical tension, quiet mental chatter and bring the nervous system back into balance. Many people find that regular sound experiences support deeper rest, improved sleep and a greater sense of connection and inner calm. The session begins with a guided meditation by candlelight, allowing you to relax into the experience with confidence and ease and should be viewed as an invitation to try a nourishing way of caring for your wellbeing. Each session accessible to everyone, with no previous experience required. For comfort, please bring a pillow, a warm blanket or two, warm socks, an eye covering and water. Staying warm and supported is an important part of the experience, so feel free to bring anything else that helps you feel cosy. Yoga mats are provided. I look forward to welcoming you!
